Enter the house via the naya, the covered terrace which picks up the morning sun. It's perfect for a leisurely breakfast with a large table and plenty of chairs for soaking up the early rays. Walk into the kitchen diner. This is a roomy open space with a big oak table which comfortably seats six people. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need - washing machine, electric oven with a gas hob, a large fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Windows look out onto the fruit trees in the back garden which in the summer months bear oranges and lemons. There is plenty of good tableware, glasses and cutlery. On your left is the sitting room where you will find a sofa, chairs, a DVD player, a good music system (don't forget your favourite CDs) and TV. On your right are the three bedrooms (one double and two twins). Each bedroom has storage, shutters as well as curtains, and grilles on the outside of the windows. There are two bathrooms, both with showers, toilets, and the larger with additional bath and bidet. Even with six there shouldn't be a fight for the bathroom. (There's a shower by the pool if really necessary!) Step outside, and wander down the steps to the pool. The pool is nine metres by four and a half, (slightly deeper than average), with steps at the shallow end and a ladder at the deep end. The pool area is large, with a table and chairs, parasols and loungers. Perfect for lunches, BBQs, and of course lounging around and getting a tan. Parking is no problem at any time of day, either within the gates or on the road outside. Although crime is very low in Javea, do remember to close windows and lock your belongings safely in the house when you head off to explore the nearby town and beaches. Maintenance of the villa Phil and Georgina are an English couple who live permanently in Javea. Phil regularly comes to clean the pool, and Georgina ensures the house is clean before you arrive, and will clean again after you leave.
